Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere in all interactions.
  • Provide tailored ABA interventions within a school framework.
  • Execute treatment strategies under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Assist students with daily living skills and promote social interactions.
  • Engage in data collection to assess and track student progress.
  • Collaborate with the educational team and participate in necessary meetings.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain precise documentation.
  • Develop educational resources and contribute to instructional planning.
  • Accurately record timesheet information.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
  • RBT Certification or a commitment to obtain it is necessary.
