Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere in all interactions.
- Provide tailored ABA interventions within a school framework.
- Execute treatment strategies under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
- Assist students with daily living skills and promote social interactions.
- Engage in data collection to assess and track student progress.
- Collaborate with the educational team and participate in necessary meetings.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain precise documentation.
- Develop educational resources and contribute to instructional planning.
- Accurately record timesheet information.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- RBT Certification or a commitment to obtain it is necessary.
