Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a key role in helping local businesses connect with their target audience through our top-performing sales team and innovative digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new advertising accounts for our station and digital products
  • Expand our established customer base by generating new business and growing existing advertising revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on all station product lines and programming features, as well as those of competing TV stations and other media platforms
  • Negotiate advertising rates and schedules, and prepare creative written and oral proposals for clients
  • Provide account updates, communicate monthly projections, and forecast future advertising business within our CRM database
  • Monitor accounts receivable for our client base
  • Maintain daily call tracking and appointments within our Matrix database

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in digital marketing or advertising, or equivalent work experience
  • Media and digital sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to work independently, solve problems, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must meet Gray Television's driving requirements and have a valid driver's license
