Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Recruiter to join our team at RE/MAX Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our real estate team.

Your primary focus will be on engaging potential new team members, vetting candidates to ensure they meet our qualifications, and narrowing down the pool to find the best fit for our culture. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a knack for identifying great talent, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top brokers.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual appointments with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals.
  • Utilize social media and other technology systems to identify and attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in marketing and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and daily outreach activities.
  • Basic proficiency with technology systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
