Territory Manager

Graco is a global leader in the manufacture and marketing of premium equipment for the movement, measurement, control, dispensing, and spraying of fluids and powders. We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the territory.
Job Purpose:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and development of our standard products in the territory. This will include coordinating pricing strategies, managing sales activities, and providing support and input to the Regional Manager as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and development of our standard products in the territory
- Coordinate pricing strategies to meet sales targets
- Direct sales of automatic guns and support of booth system sales
- Manage selling activities, including development of sales targets, quotas, and performance goals for distributors
- Provide support and input to the Regional Manager as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with computers and presentation software
- Previous experience in sales and distribution management
