About the Role:

The Territory Sales Manager at Do it Best will focus on growing market share for member-owners and enhancing their experience with the co-op. This role requires a strong knowledge of products, promotions, and programs to add value with every interaction with members. The position will amplify sales experience and professionalism by working daily to grow sales and prospective members.

To be successful, this role will involve traveling throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs, services, and promotional products that benefit their businesses. The Territory Sales Manager will work with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations and collaborate with team members in the corporate office to address each member's needs. This role also includes prospecting within the territory to find other independent home improvement retailers who could join the co-op and occasionally helping members plan and prepare for major in-store events to drive consumer traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs, services, and promotional products.
2. Work with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations.
3. Collaborate with team members in the corporate office to address each member's needs.
4. Prospect within the territory to find other independent home improvement retailers who could join the co-op.
5. Assist members in planning and preparing for major in-store events to drive consumer traffic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong work ethic, servant leadership mindset, analytical, problem-solving, and strategy-focused skills.
• Collaborative and self-motivated individual with basic understanding of retail/business operations and strong written and verbal communication skills.
