Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager III to join our team at Westlake. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
- Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to regional sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop regional business plans
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a sales or leadership role
- Proven track record of sales growth and territory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
