About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager III to join our team at Westlake. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to regional sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop regional business plans
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in a sales or leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales growth and territory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
