Sales and Commercialization Manager

At Inspire Medical Systems, we're seeking a Territory Manager to lead commercialization activities introducing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy to assigned sales territories. This role is responsible for achieving sales plan and therapy awareness milestones, assessing new potential accounts, and driving implant growth.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Site Assessment and Development: Orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development to ensure successful implant growth and therapy awareness.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive implant growth and achieve sales plan milestones.
- Patient Selection and Implant Techniques: Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods.
- Local Payer Education and Development: Facilitate local payer education and development processes to support successful implant growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales operations teams to refine and enhance both organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. In lieu of a degree, 5 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry or 3 years previous experience at Inspire Medical Systems working directly with our therapy in a clinical setting.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong computer skills with MS office including PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to manage simultaneous priorities, changing deadlines. Ability to travel within territory.
