Global Security Operations Manager

Job Summary
V2X is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and operating a Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) in an effective worldwide and comprehensive Security Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security program that ensures compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- SCIF Operations: Establish, maintain, and operate a SCIF in accordance with government and company regulations, ensuring the secure storage and handling of classified information.
- Security Briefings and Education: Conduct security briefings and education programs for personnel, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure work environment.
- Investigations and Compliance: Investigate security incidents and ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Update inventories of sensitive compartmented information (SCI) materials and ensure their secure storage and handling.
- Interface with Government Agencies: Interface with the Government Special Security Office (SSO) for approved/certified processes and periodic security inspections.
- Personnel Security Clearance: Process personnel security clearance submissions and supporting documentation through the SCI screening process.
- Physical Security: Assist in the management of the physical security of operating facilities, equipment, and documentation.
- Deployments: Be available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven-nine years of related experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledgeable in DOD or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DOD or other government security regulatory manuals. Ability to instruct others in security procedures, requirements, protocols, and operations.
- Certifications and Clearances: US Citizenship, Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
