Position Summary:

The Regional Loss Prevention Manager serves as a vital business partner, working proactively with Property Operations and various cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement effective, timely solutions. This role is instrumental in fostering security and safety awareness within their designated area, aiming to minimize the frequency and severity of incidents through training, reporting, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of security and safety metrics within the assigned area, recommending practical solutions for any identified outliers.
  • Enhance security and safety awareness by designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions for business operations.
  • Perform on-site property audits, providing monthly reports to leadership with actionable recommendations and follow-up on resolutions.
  • Carry out property visits to assess field safety equipment and evaluate the physical security of the premises.
  • Monitor market trends related to physical security, developing strategies to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and operational leaders, as well as external law enforcement and government agencies, as necessary for security and safety investigations.
  • Guide the investigating manager to ensure adherence to procedures and thorough completion of investigations.
  • Lead investigations and mitigation efforts for incidents involving illegal or hazardous materials, coordinating with third-party assistance when required.
  • Support Field Operations during crises and natural disasters to safeguard employees and property.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to contribute positively to various ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in loss prevention is required.
  • Preferred experience includes 3+ years in multi-location loss prevention management.
  • Experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review systems is essential.
  • Strong skills in database querying, reporting, and analysis are necessary.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
  • Solid analytical capabilities with a knack for identifying trends.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to business needs is crucial.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, decision-making, and providing guidance in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in the design, installation, and application of security systems is preferred.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality is paramount.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips.
Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $106,000 - $135,000. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of our total rewards approach, which recognizes and compensates employees for their contributions. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
