Role Summary:
Flat Fee Landlord, a prominent entity in the residential property management sector, is on the lookout for a visionary Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This pivotal role is essential to our expansion strategy, concentrating on lead generation, brand enhancement, and attracting investors. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, extensive experience in startup settings, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate marketing dynamics.
Our Mission:
We aim to simplify real estate investing for all while fostering stronger communities. Our objective is to manage 20,000 units and facilitate the sale of 500 homes by 2033, with a steadfast commitment to delivering value to our investors, homeowners, residents, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate high-level marketing strategies to generate quality leads and attract investors, in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Guide and mentor the marketing team to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- Enhance lead generation through email marketing, drip campaigns, PPC advertising, and social media promotions.
- Create compelling content that effectively communicates our value proposition and distinguishes Flat Fee Landlord and its affiliated companies.
- Implement innovative tactics to promote our brand identity and draw in investors.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to synchronize marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google and social media channels, providing strategic guidance to the team.
- Lead the creation of engaging video content, manage the development of online courses and e-books, and supervise the company's YouTube channel.
- Direct the daily management of social media accounts, focusing on increasing engagement, followers, and subscribers, while mentoring team members in their activities.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and lead conversion rates, making informed decisions to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in startup environments.
- Thorough understanding of real estate terminology and proven experience in marketing to real estate investors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor marketing teams effectively.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including email, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant PPC platforms are preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Learning Management Systems.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, based on experience.
