Our Houston Community Marketing Team is filled with individuals who are passionate about the Alani Nu and PRIME brands, sharing that enthusiasm with current and prospective customers in innovative ways. The primary responsibility of a Community Marketing Representative is to educate consumers while providing complimentary product samples, ensuring a memorable interaction between the consumer and our brands. As a representative, you will embody the spirit of Alani Nu and PRIME. Making a strong first impression is crucial, and we encourage you to bring your authentic self to work each day, utilizing your vibrant personality to connect with customers meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a Positive Attitude:

  • Exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor during promotional activities.
  • Keep high energy levels throughout sampling events.
  • Reflect brand values in every consumer interaction.
  • Show respect and courtesy to all consumers, regardless of circumstances.

2. Become a Brand Expert:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Alani Nu and PRIME products to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Address consumer inquiries and overcome objections with confidence.
  • Personalize product benefits to meet consumer needs.
  • Stay informed about Alani Nu and PRIME influencers and their social media presence.
  • Engage in learning opportunities related to marketing and sales for Alani Nu and PRIME.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for future promotional initiatives.

3. Engage with Consumers:

  • Utilize your engaging personality to attract and captivate consumers.
  • Approach a diverse range of individuals and foster natural conversations aimed at building brand loyalty.
  • Practice active listening to ensure consumer-driven dialogue.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Alani Nu and PRIME at all times.
  • Be ready to share product information and relevant links with consumers.
  • Quickly establish rapport with consumers through authentic interactions.
  • Identify potential future promotional opportunities during consumer engagements and communicate them to the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Document field successes through candid photos of consumers enjoying the products.

Qualifications:

  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Comfortable operating a company vehicle.
  • Ability to proactively engage and educate a diverse consumer base.
  • Willingness to attend 1-2 team meetings monthly.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain mobile for extended periods during promotional events.
  • Safe driving skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar areas.
  • Provide accurate recaps of promotional activities, including product sampling data.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and workspace.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying at least 30 lbs of product.
