Your responsibilities will include managing analytics for both internal and external communications, overseeing the Corporate Communications budget for North America, and generating comprehensive reports.

  • Direct the creation and execution of ENGIE North America's content marketing initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and ensure uniformity across all communication platforms.
  • Oversee multiple projects to guarantee timely completion and curate engaging content for the North America Corporate Communication team.
  • Manage the processing of website-generated leads via Salesforce, ensuring prompt classification and distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement both in-person and virtual events to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communication requirements of other Global Business Units, supervise the Communications Coordinator, and assist the Director of Communications in strategic planning and other initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, or a comparable field.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, content marketing, budget oversight, and team leadership, along with a solid understanding of the energy sector and brand consistency.
  • Proven ability to initiate and manage complex projects involving both internal and external teams, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Strong skills in fostering collaboration and alignment among teams, proficient in managing time and priorities under pressure, and capable of working independently.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, an innovative approach to driving brand development, and skilled in building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Salary Details

Salary Range: $96,100 - $134,820 USD annually

This salary range reflects the average expected compensation for a qualified candidate.

The actual offer may differ based on various factors such as location, experience, industry knowledge, education, and internal pay structure.

In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus or incentive program.
