Job Overview

ACRE Design + is a boutique architectural firm in search of a driven and seasoned Lead Architectural Project Manager. The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership capabilities and a robust history of overseeing architectural initiatives from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the department and manage all facets of the design workflow for architectural initiatives, ensuring a seamless process from concept through to realization.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their requirements and formulate project proposals and financial plans.
  • Supervise design teams, guaranteeing that projects are delivered punctually, within budgetary constraints, and to the highest quality benchmarks.
  • Provide updates on project status to clients and internal teams, encompassing construction documentation, timelines, and financial reports.
  • Evaluate and authorize architectural plans and specifications to confirm adherence to building regulations and project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings with contractors, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed as intended.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, technological innovations, and best practices to foster ongoing enhancement of project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architectural projects.
  • Registered Architect in Nebraska with the capability to obtain licensure in multiple states.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the capacity to guide a team of designers and architects.
  • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations, construction methodologies, and materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage various projects concurrently.
