About the Role

The Senior Landscape Architect will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading and managing complex landscape architecture projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design concepts from initial planning through detailed design and construction administration.
  • Drive project success through exceptional design, documentation, planning, business development, and/or project management.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and the public.
  • Foster mentorship and development of junior staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • 5+ years of landscape architecture experience.
  • Proven project management skills, including experience with project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D, Rhino or Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Past experience in planning and developing projects from the conceptual design phase through construction documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and materials.
  • Experience in business development and proposal writing.
