Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Higher Education project team. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive development of project documentation while ensuring quality and adherence to established timelines for complex educational projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain the financial integrity of projects, ensuring high-quality documentation and effective communication among team members.
- Lead cross-disciplinary design teams in crafting innovative technical solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of five years of experience in project architecture, specifically within the higher education sector.
- Proficient in REVIT and CAD software for modeling and rendering.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs.
