Become a Key Player in Our Sales Team

We are on the lookout for a driven individual to join our organization as a Territory Sales Executive. In this capacity, you will be tasked with driving the sales of our innovative products and services within a designated area to achieve specific market segment objectives. If you possess a strong enthusiasm for sales and nurturing robust customer connections, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate an annual Territory Management strategy to reach defined sales targets
  • Continuously assess progress against the strategy and implement necessary adjustments
  • Identify and cultivate customer relationships based on business potential
  • Ensure that all prospects and clients receive the necessary focus
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Specialists for comprehensive account management
  • Establish connections with primary decision-makers and influencers
  • Deliver proposals and quotations to clients
  • Maintain an understanding of MTS's capabilities and client requirements
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective lead and account oversight
  • Keep track of and react to competitor movements
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams
  • Manage business interactions through customer portals
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field
  • A minimum of 6 years of sales experience
  • Willingness to travel domestically 30-70% of the time
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with clients
  • Proficient in building consensus among various stakeholders
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Familiarity with competitive products and the sales process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Understanding of testing technologies
  • Ability to market both standard and customized products
  • Recognize new opportunities within existing accounts
