Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate sales projections and reporting.
- Administer sales-related tasks, such as CRM management and sales reporting.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Test Technologies and Methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of test technologies and methodologies.
- Understanding of how specific tests are used within the customer's environment.
- Skilled at influencing competitive opportunities in favor of ITW.
- Proficient at selling standard products with little or no sales support.
