About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Sales Operations and Administration
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast to ensure accurate sales projections and reporting.
  • Administer sales-related tasks, such as CRM management and sales reporting.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Test Technologies and Methodologies
  • Fundamental knowledge of test technologies and methodologies.
  • Understanding of how specific tests are used within the customer's environment.
Sales and Marketing Expertise
  • Skilled at influencing competitive opportunities in favor of ITW.
  • Proficient at selling standard products with little or no sales support.
