Job Description

Job Summary:

Team Horner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to grow our business in the Northeast USA and become a key player in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales within the existing dealer network of service companies, retail stores, and pool builders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
  • Effectively present product knowledge and programs to customers and partners.
  • Analyze monthly reports to identify revenue opportunities and challenges with accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to the reporting manager.
  • Communicate customer needs effectively to distribution partners and the reporting manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay informed.

Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of successful outside sales experience.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Experience selling technical products is a plus.
  • Reside within the territory.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Frequent travel required.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong commitment to the Team Horner Value System.
