Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase market share within assigned territory.
- Evaluate new construction projects and identify potential leads to pursue.
- Assess industrial needs and follow up with potential leads to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of sold projects.
- Develop and deliver formal presentations to customers to educate them on our equipment and solutions.
- Provide support outside of traditional work hours as needed.
- Coach and train Core TAMs on areas of opportunity to drive sales growth.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales of Power Generation, HVAC, Remediation, or Pumps.
- Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- High School Diploma.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver results.
- Passion for customer service.
