About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at ITW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new customers and expand our market presence.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 6 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, depending on the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Test Technologies: Solid understanding of test technologies and methodologies.
  2. Sales Process: Knowledge of the sales process and ability to influence competitive opportunities in favor of ITW.
  3. Product Knowledge: Proficient in selling standard products with little or no AE support, and able to sell custom systems with management/application engineering support.
