Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will provide essential administrative assistance to the Director of Marketing and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This role is pivotal in orchestrating marketing initiatives, crafting communications, managing digital content, and evaluating performance metrics, all while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and participate in various events, including community launches, promotional gatherings, and realtor functions in collaboration with the marketing leadership team.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the creative team to relay information, guide the approval process for marketing materials, and engage in regular meetings to assess project progress.
  • Track and analyze monthly event performance and email marketing results.
  • Oversee the design and procurement of community signage, liaising with vendors regarding pricing and production timelines.
  • Develop and implement daily social media strategies.
  • Create and update marketing materials as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing new community launches and related projects, including model home logistics.
  • Compile information packets for community rollout meetings.
  • Support the processing of marketing and sales invoices.
  • Coordinate meetings with vendors and the creative team as required.
  • Manage promotional items and printed materials inventory.
  • Collaborate with the web team to update and maintain website content, including landing pages.
  • Work with product development and purchasing teams to create marketing resources for new floor plans.
  • Keep feature sheets updated with information from the purchasing department.
  • Schedule weekly email marketing campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Visit communities as necessary to assess signage, inventory, and model home requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate or homebuilding sector is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and objectivity in challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEM and Google Analytics is advantageous.
