Position Overview:

Providing Ongoing Technical Support:

- Organizing and uploading brand materials within the resource library.

- Supporting the launch team in account configurations to meet brand standards.
- Handling email and website domain setups, including URL redirects.
- Managing Google business listings and social media account configurations.
- Collaborating with IT and Compliance teams on website audits and necessary redirects.
- Ensuring adherence to branding guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Assisting in managing the support queue and processing requests as needed.
- Facilitating tech support tasks such as setting up virtual meetings and providing ongoing training.
- Conducting audits of digital marketing campaigns to verify smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent educational background.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities related to online platforms and software.
- Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Profiles.
