Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Creative Process: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and performance effectiveness.
  • Drive Creative Excellence: Drive and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and digital specialists to produce high-quality, innovative marketing content.
  • Develop Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Develop comprehensive brand/creative strategies for digital campaigns, including CTV, social media, owned media, email marketing, and other forms of paid advertising.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into compelling creative solutions that evolve their brand.

  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with proven results in digital marketing for premium brands or products.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive performance metrics, such as brand affinity, purchase likelihood, and sales lift.
  • Deep Understanding of Luxury Market: Deep understanding of the luxury market and affluent consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative professionals of various experience.
  • Strong Proficiency in Creative Software: Strong proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with other leading digital marketing tools and platforms.
