The Skechers Product Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Product Specialist, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing expert knowledge on our products and ensuring that customers find the perfect fit.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Act as a product expert, guiding customers to the right product selection and providing personalized recommendations.
- Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers product knowledge and trends.
Requirements
- Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
