We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will oversee creative aspects of special projects within the marketing division, including the preparation of firm qualifications, brochure designs, presentation layouts, and various other tasks.

You will play a vital role in the marketing production processes related to RFQ/RFP responses for new business ventures across multiple service divisions.

Your Contributions:

  • Organizes, coordinates, and manages activities involved in the creation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submissions.
  • Actively participates in the development and maintenance of all marketing resources, including brochures, data, slides, color copies, photography, files, and the marketing database.
  • Provides support to corporate office staff for graphic and technical assistance related to marketing production assets.
  • Directs and supervises the efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, and other staff in the firm to produce coordinated materials that effectively showcase the firm's qualifications.
  • Coordinates with external vendors (for data transfer, reprographics, binding, etc.) and consultants.
  • Conducts research for others upon request.
  • Acts as a technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests, and presentations.
  • Assists the marketing department with special projects as required.
Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing production within an A/E/C firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to engage with senior management, external client organizations, and vendors as needed.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, including the use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements, and templates.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity for self-assessment and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A background in graphic design, content writing, and/or proposal production.
