Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Editech Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Word.
- Valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.
