**Job Summary**

About the Role: As a Regional Sales Development Specialist at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. This position requires a passion for sales, a keen understanding of market trends, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and effective communication
  • Analyze market data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to remain competitive
  • Document and track sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
