Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to join our team at FS-Curtis in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of sales associates, including lead control, pricing, safety, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop and manage sales and support programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales teams to achieve exceptional results. You will also have a strong understanding of compressed air industry product and sales information, as well as technical aptitude with air compression and rotating equipment.
