Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve technical problems.
  • Create new business opportunities through effective engagement and relationship-building.
  • Work collaboratively with product categories to create a balanced portfolio of opportunities.
  • Travel to customers and business units as needed to achieve established sales goals.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Connector, cable, wire, and/or harness experience is essential.
  • Success in developing relationships across various customers and identifying opportunities to leverage our unique product portfolio.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple product categories to create a balanced portfolio of opportunities.
