Sales Development Specialist

Summit Strive Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our fundraising efforts by providing exceptional service to customers at our fundraisers while promoting and selling our merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding merchandise that aligns with their interests and supports our charitable initiatives
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers to help drive sales and increase awareness of our cause
- Process merchandise orders accurately and efficiently, including accepting payments, packaging items, and arranging for shipping or pickup
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing merchandise display area, restocking inventory, and monitoring merchandise levels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote merchandise sales through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional events
- Keep abreast of current fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and drive engagement
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
