Regional Recruiting Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruiting Director to lead our recruitment efforts in the Southwest region. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, building strong relationships with regional leadership, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of recruiters and develop a recruitment strategy that aligns with business needs
- Partner with regional leadership to drive talent acquisition and develop a culture of workshare
- Develop and implement effective recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Conduct regular team catch-up meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports
- Ensure diversity recruitment efforts are championed and partner with other dedicated diversity resources to drive hiring results
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the region
- Previous experience leading recruiters as a supervisor or mentor
- Expert-level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation)
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership
- AEC industry experience
- Resides or willing to relocate to the defined region
