Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Business Development Manager to drive our growth and success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our AI/native and Enterprise customer base while securing new logos by demonstrating Qdrant's value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to acquire new customers and expand our existing ones.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and translate them into value-adding engagements.
  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our sales strategy and achieve significant growth.
  • Engage and Educate: Utilize your technical expertise to educate C-Suite and Engineering leaders on Qdrant's value proposition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of overachievement.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to technical audiences.
  • Strong technical background or experience in selling data infrastructure, preferably DB and Search technology.
  • Independent and motivated by new challenges, with a comfortable working style in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid baseline of consultative value selling and proficient use of sales qualification methodologies.
