We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Parts Salesperson to join our team at Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for calling on prospective customers from a list furnished by the company, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Utilize sales skills and product knowledge to promote and sell heavy-duty truck parts to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, inventory, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- High school diploma required; minimum 2 years experience with heavy-duty truck parts and automotive parts.
- Must be able to read and write English and interact successfully with customers and coworkers.
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
- Must have the mental flexibility to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
