About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Exela Technologies. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry associations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their business challenges and goals.
  • Propose tailored solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM systems, tracking progress and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and success throughout the sales process and post-sale implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close sales deals.
