Clinical Research Financial Operations Specialist

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Research Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. This position can be performed in a hybrid or remote capacity. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Analyst team by overseeing the creation and approval of monthly invoices related to active clinical trials across various sites.
Key Responsibilities- Review and approve reconciliations for active studies to confirm that all patient visits are accurately priced according to the established budget.
- Collaborate with both domestic and international Accounts Receivable teams to ensure that sponsor payments are applied correctly.
- Conduct analyses of clinical studies to assess profitability and overall performance.
- Work closely with the study budget and contracting teams to address any billing discrepancies with sponsors.
- Assist in researching and resolving inquiries from sponsors as needed.
- Ensure that month-end deadlines are consistently met with precision.
- Lead the implementation and integration of Oncore.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel, including intermediate skills in PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with variations based on individual qualifications, market location, and experience.
