We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Analyst team by overseeing the creation and approval of monthly clinical trial invoices for active studies at designated sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve reconciliations for active studies to ensure accurate pricing of patient visits in accordance with the budget.
  • Collaborate closely with both domestic and international Accounts Receivable teams to ensure correct application of sponsor payments.
  • Conduct profitability and performance analyses for clinical studies.
  • Work in conjunction with the study budget and contracting teams to address any billing discrepancies with sponsors.
  • Assist in researching and resolving inquiries from sponsors as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end deadlines.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Oncore systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel, including intermediate skills in PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with variations based on individual qualifications, market location, and relevant experience.
