About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Team Lead to join our team at Worldwide Clinical Trials. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for overseeing study activity, ensuring participant safety, and providing medical coverage in case of emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Worldwide in a professional manner at all times, ensuring excellent communication with sponsors, study participants, and external vendors.
  • Independently oversee study activity, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide medical coverage in case of emergencies, working closely with on-duty paramedics to ensure prompt and effective response.
  • Assist the Principal Investigator with the care and evaluation of participants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform duties at a fast pace, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to predict and manage potential problems, ensuring seamless study execution.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current licensure/certifications and 2-3 years of supervisory experience, along with 2 years of clinical research experience.
  • Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
