POSITION SUMMARY:

The Client Relations Specialist plays a vital role in driving revenue by processing orders, understanding client requirements, resolving inquiries, and nurturing client accounts. This role collaborates closely with both technical sales representatives and team members to enhance customer satisfaction and expand our client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming calls to assist current and potential clients with their purchasing needs.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients to share information about new products and promotions.
  • Articulate product features based on a thorough understanding of client needs and technical specifications.
  • Establish new client accounts by accurately documenting necessary information and verifying details.
  • Process orders from clients via phone or electronic data interchange (EDI).
  • Track order statuses and communicate any changes regarding fulfillment, backorders, and shipping timelines.
  • Address client inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of order entry, invoicing, and confirmations.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records for easy access by team members.
  • Deliver exceptional service in all communications with clients.
  • Strive to meet or exceed client expectations concerning delivery, quality, and service.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of RWB's products, services, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Become proficient in RWB's operational systems to execute daily tasks effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with sales team members to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Assist clients with problem resolution related to returns, billing, shipping, and credit matters.
  • Support marketing efforts by responding to inquiries from various platforms.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

· High School Diploma with 5-10 years of customer service experience, or

· Bachelor's degree with 0-5 years of relevant experience

Experience:

Entry-level experience in technical sales is preferred.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.

· Ability to quickly learn and navigate company operating systems (ERP/MAS 500).

Communication Skills:

· Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow through on issues.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both management and non-management personnel.
