Position Overview

The Technical Services Department at River Run is seeking a Client Experience Leader dedicated to ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. This role is pivotal in delivering a premier experience that focuses on creating and sustaining a clear path to value through our technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Experience Leader, you will be responsible for fostering exceptional client relationships through proactive engagement and effective utilization of our Technical Services model to align with client business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, establishing and managing a success strategy through a technology roadmap that outlines clear deliverables while coordinating communication among client stakeholders and River Run teams.
  • Evaluate client performance against established success metrics through regular reviews and check-ins, both in-person and virtually.
  • Guide clients in adopting best practices to maximize value and security from our services.
  • Collaborate with River Run Account Executives to identify sales opportunities that enhance value for both the client and River Run.
  • Proactively identify common challenges faced by clients and propose improved solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive client documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Act as the advocate for clients within River Run, sharing insights and requests for process enhancements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to clients.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks to client retention.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and performing effectively under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work across various departments at River Run.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of simplifying technical concepts for clients while demonstrating their business value.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for innovative problem-solving.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years in the IT sector as a consultant or similar role.
  • Associate's Degree in Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
Transportation Requirements

Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and valid insurance.
  • In-person client meetings will constitute 65% or more of the role (local travel only).
