Position Summary:

The Marketing Events and Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of marketing events and campaigns. This position necessitates expertise in vendor relations, community outreach, digital marketing, and content development. The Specialist will ensure effective collaboration with venues, vendors, sponsors, and speakers, while driving campaigns that align with client objectives and surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development & Strategy: Spearhead the creation of events, marketing initiatives, and community outreach campaigns that enhance brand awareness, stimulate engagement, and generate leads. Work closely with Account Managers to establish goals, organization, KPIs, and campaign strategies.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with key external stakeholders, including vendors, venues, sponsors, and speakers. Negotiate contracts, secure agreements, and ensure flawless coordination of events and campaigns.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for all supporting elements and Account Managers, comprehending their objectives and ensuring campaigns align with client goals. Communicate progress, insights, and results in a clear and effective manner.
  • Project & Team Leadership: Oversee the comprehensive execution of campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget. Lead a team of campaign managers and marketers, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Sponsor & Speaker Management: Collaborate with event sponsors and speakers, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with campaign objectives. Manage all communications and logistics leading up to and during events.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize success. Regularly report on performance metrics, including ROI, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Industry Insights & Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Nuvolum's campaigns remain innovative and at the forefront.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing campaign management. Experience in managing vendors, sponsors, and speakers is essential. Background in healthcare or professional services is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated success in executing high-quality, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Excellent negotiation and management skills with vendors and partners.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analysis, and project management software.
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position requires a commitment to in-office work during business days and client engagements. Only candidates with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis will be considered.
