Join Our Team as an Acquisition Marketing Specialist
At Pylon, we are on the lookout for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist.
As a growing Series A organization, we have relied on a single founder to manage our go-to-market strategies until now.
While our current focus has been on inbound marketing, we recognize significant potential to expand our pipeline through diverse channels.

Your main objective will be to devise, prioritize, and take full ownership of experiments aimed at enhancing our sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:
- Implement cold outreach strategies
- Optimize search engine performance
- Create engaging blog content
- Amplify our presence on LinkedIn
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives with partner companies
- Manage paid advertising campaigns

Requirements:
- Based in San Francisco and eager to work in a collaborative environment
- You possess a strong aptitude for building systems and evaluating results
- Experience with growth tools to establish effective workflows (e.g., Clay)
- Proven track record in setting up and analyzing outbound email campaigns
- Minimum of 2 years in a growth-oriented role within a Series A-C, B2B startup
- Direct experience collaborating with Account Executives or sales leadership
