Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, leveraging your expertise in transportation sales and market analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales goals, in collaboration with our Chief Sales Officer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including transit authorities and industry partners.
- Utilize the Salesforce platform and MTM Transit sales playbooks to execute sales strategies and track progress.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product offerings, based on market trends and customer feedback.
- 5+ years of experience in transportation sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the transit industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce and other sales tools, a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
