Job Title: Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director at Aureon, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis
  • Provide sales support and guidance to sales teams and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Telecommunication or IT Networking sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market competition and suggest strategic choices
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Telecommunication or IT Networking sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Tools and Equipment:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM solution
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Primarily indoor work in office environments
  • Valid Driver's license and safe driving record
  • Travel up to 75% in region required with 4-5 overnights per month
