Regional Sales Director

Sand Companies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of hotels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of hotels
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to develop and implement revenue optimization and yield management strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
