Position Overview

The Enterprise Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering technical proficiency as part of a cohesive team dedicated to establishing and documenting Enterprise Engineering and Integration deliverables within the client's acquisition framework. The integration process necessitates careful consideration of the implications posed by the organizations undergoing modernization. This role involves researching, leading, and advancing the Enterprise Engineering initiatives of modernizing entities while serving as a reliable partner and maintaining integrity in the Enterprise Engineering methodologies.

As a Senior Enterprise Integration Specialist, you will support engineering teams in adopting a multidisciplinary approach to requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resilience, service development, integration, testing and evaluation, maintainability, and analysis across various intelligence systems to ensure timely and precise geospatial intelligence (GEOINT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resilience, service development, integration, testing and evaluation, maintainability, and analysis across various intelligence systems.
  • Assist in the planning, analysis, and traceability of user requirements, architectural frameworks, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing systems and evaluate cloud service capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
  • Provide insights on proposed modifications to solution designs based on thorough analysis of requirements and emerging technologies.
  • Support the translation of mission and client requirements into systems and capability specifications.
  • Facilitate the analysis and allocation of requirements to system architecture components and executing programs.
  • Engage in systems integration activities.
  • Lead analyses of alternatives, courses of action, trade studies, and engineering assessments.
  • Contribute to strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.
  • Offer expert guidance on vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements, and process and capability advancements.
  • Integrate multiple major systems acquisitions across various organizational, agency, departmental, and governmental boundaries.
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of mid- and junior-level contractor systems engineers.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related technical/scientific disciplines, or 12 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in government or industry in relevant fields, including the DoD/IC acquisition process, requirements process, or systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with the systems engineering lifecycle and possession of TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications.
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering and Software Development Frameworks.
  • Documented experience in geospatial intelligence.
  • Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related disciplines.
