Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is seeking a Systems Integration & Testing Specialist.

Position Overview:

Join ICES in a pivotal role that contributes to national security as a Systems Integration & Testing Specialist. This role necessitates an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and the willingness to undergo an additional polygraph examination if required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer contractual obligations, requirements, and technical, scheduling, and budgetary constraints into effective solutions for integrating, testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems into operational status to deliver enterprise capabilities.
  • Organize and manage the workforce, timelines, and resources essential for the integration, testing, evaluation, and transition of systems.
  • Establish and uphold standards, practices, and procedures for the integration, testing, evaluation, and transition of systems and enterprise capabilities, while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Assess enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts, requirements, risks, and opportunities, and their implications for integration, testing, evaluation, and transition.
  • Devise, develop, and execute testing and evaluation strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure system reliability in alignment with system specifications and defined enterprise capabilities, integrating system and enterprise components to function cohesively.
  • Review and derive requirements for testability.
  • Ensure compliance of systems and enterprise capabilities with established requirements and standards through formal verification methods.
  • Create system requirement and enterprise capability verification strategies and customer acceptance criteria.
  • Engage in reviews of systems and components under development to ensure traceability of compliance with requirements through verification and validation.
  • Formulate and oversee the preparation and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures, and schedules that validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance, and operability.
  • Coordinate integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities with other entities.
  • Conduct readiness assessments for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Compile data and identify necessary modifications in testing configurations, procedures, processes, or new testing requirements.
  • Implement testing protocols and ensure adherence to these processes across all test activities.
  • Generate reports for each testing activity and monitor test metrics.
  • Analyze and evaluate systems under testing conditions.
  • Assess performance based on evaluation criteria and technical performance metrics.
  • Conduct analysis of test outcomes and prepare detailed system evaluation reports and risk assessments.
  • Review discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify and validate fixes affecting systems and enterprise capabilities.
  • Provide direct support to the customer for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Monitor for continuous process enhancement and lessons learned, reporting to management periodically.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance and willingness to undergo an additional polygraph examination if necessary.
  • Master's Degree with 0 – 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 – 4 years of experience; or a High School Diploma with 8 – 10 years of experience.
