Position Overview

SAIC is in search of a dedicated Program Integration SETA to deliver critical SETA support for our significant program, Landmark. This initiative is integral to the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), focusing on the comprehensive acquisition of systems throughout their entire life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) and Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services, emphasizing the integration and operation of complex mission systems alongside the supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with team leaders, program managers, and acquisition specialists to validate acquisition strategies that ensure technically viable outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
  • Facilitating the integration of new systems and initiatives to meet customer and mission partner demands, while engaging directly with developers and users during operational phases.
  • Grasping system-to-system interfaces and acting as a pivotal Integrator.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and comprehensive reports.
  • Monitoring schedules for systems and segments, while identifying interdependencies.
  • Recognizing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting meeting facilitation and information dissemination sessions.
  • Engaging in frequent client interactions and aiding in the development of system and mission strategies across various ground offices.
  • Adhering to customer standards and processes throughout the project life cycle.
  • Interfacing with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) to provide technical consultation, coordinate meetings, and support recommendation briefings.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; Master's degree with three (3) years; or PhD with no related experience. Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community and a background working with Mission Partners.
  • Familiarity with GEOINT or Multi-INT Systems and their architecture.
  • Experience as a System Engineer or System Integrator.
  • Proficient in identifying user and enterprise requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Ability to create detailed brief packages covering technical requirements, implementation strategies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Capability to succinctly brief project status to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based product offerings and specifications, with the ability to propose effective solutions.
