Position: Remote Systems Administrator

Overview:
Stefanini is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive support and management of our systems. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support, overseeing problem management, change management, and system maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough problem analysis for intricate configurations of essential file transfer systems.
  • Execute complex installation, configuration, customization, and optimization tasks while adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, architecture, and design initiatives, offering insights on functional and business requirements.
  • Engage in project activities, providing technical expertise and assistance for designated projects.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Embrace our organizational culture and commit to learning our systems management and support methodologies.

Required Knowledge:
Possess a thorough understanding of concepts and principles relevant to the functional area, alongside a general awareness of departmental operations, policies, procedures, and technologies.

Communication Skills:
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to the audience.

Risk Management:
Understand and apply risk management principles in decision-making processes, contributing to the overall risk management framework of the function.

Decision-Making:
Work under guidance to plan procedural details and methods aimed at achieving specific objectives. Make informed decisions within established standards to attain planned results based on professional expertise and experience.

Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the installation and configuration of IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM Sterling File Gateway, Axway Secure Transport, and other related file transfer solutions.
