Client Relationship Advisor

As a vital member of our team, the Client Advisors at Manrkē play a crucial role in addressing the financial requirements of our clients. They are dedicated to providing exceptional support daily, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, comprehending their business needs and fulfilling their expectations.
- Evaluate the financial performance of clients, offering insights and raising any concerns to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Guarantee the timely and precise delivery of reports and services, including management reports, commission statements, royalty reports, net worth assessments, cash flow analyses, and payroll services.
- Develop budgets and forecast estimates based on client performance metrics.
- Prepare tax returns and manage annual tax filings and submissions.
- Supervise Client Administrators and bookkeeping personnel, reviewing tasks and approving payments as necessary.
- Address client-specific financial requests with administrative support when required.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of business management, accounting, and financial principles.
- Familiarity with corporate and personal taxation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and the MS Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and engagements, ideally with owner-managed enterprises.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
