Position DetailsRole: Client Relationship Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Duration: Long-term Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid model post-training)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
The Client Relationship Specialist will:
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Guide clients in utilizing online banking platforms and Treasury Management solutions.
- Address customer queries related to deposits and loans.
- Maintain a solid understanding of banking systems and regularly participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
- Advanced understanding of banking products and services.
- Technical support experience, particularly in digital banking.
