Role: Client Relationship Specialist

Duration: Long-term Contract
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid model post-training)

Key Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Specialist will:

  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Guide clients in utilizing online banking platforms and Treasury Management solutions.
  • Address customer queries related to deposits and loans.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of banking systems and regularly participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector

Preferred Skills

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
  • Advanced understanding of banking products and services.
  • Technical support experience, particularly in digital banking.
